2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law.

3. Services Relentless Resolve Consulting provides coaching services aimed at personal growth, mental toughness, and peak performance. Our coaching programs and assessments, including DISC and EQ assessments, are intended to provide guidance, insights, and support for personal development. Results are subjective and can vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Payments for coaching services and programs are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through our website or other agreed-upon methods.

• Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions or programs. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund.

5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to our cancellation policy, as outlined in the Payment and Refunds section.

6. Confidentiality We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality is not absolute, and we may disclose information if required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

7. Code of Conduct By engaging in our Services, you agree to:

• Act respectfully and professionally toward the coach and other clients.

• Refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.

• Not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of Services without a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Results Relentless Resolve Consulting provides coaching for personal and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes as they are influenced by various factors, including individual effort and circumstances. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions resulting from the coaching process.

9. Intellectual Property All content on our website and within our coaching materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Relentless Resolve Consulting. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any of our content without our explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Resolve Consulting and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of personal or professional opportunities, or emotional distress.
